Of course he won't, you can try but I almost guarantee he won't. He's not working for client's he's working for the highest payer and that's Declan.
And that solicitor will gladly sacrifice anyone for his client. His client is Declan NOT the victims of investing4you.

Did you read the same update I did? He literally states in the letter JMW is representing him in this. If he was legitimate do you think he'd need legal aid? If he's lying about having legal aid then well, add it to the tally of lies I guess.
Are you that naive to think Declan is receiving legal aid from a criminal defence firm, for client's benefit? If what I4U says is actually true then he's been in touch and had a meeting with his legal team this week. Funny that his Facebook page has being taken down and a vague update has been put forward.
What a great update from Investing4You/Declan Nowell - it's a long time coming but it's good the clients are finally getting an update "straight from the horse's mouth".
Sadly I'm baffled JMW Solicitors have allowed him to say anything publically.

I think Declan is getting a little mixed up here - was it not the company's PayPal, Trading Platform and bank account that was suspended as per the previous statement? Are the PayPal and Trading Platform now unfrozen?

It should not come as a surprise to Declan he has been advising people that he does not need an FCA authorisation / there is one in progress with the FCA for months and seems well versed in the legalities of it.
As for the legitimacy of the business or not - it's simple. Provide clients and the authorities detail on each and every individual trade. Let them follow all the money coming in and out and being traded. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, there really is an obligation to the clients to give them this information anyway.
Providing this information would clear everything up - it would shut all the doubters up, prove he is a financial messiah and that he is one of the great financial minds of the 21st century, it would also very quickly get the Police off his back apart from....

Wait a minute, the FCA said he is not Authorised or exempt and as such it's a criminal offence.
If I was Declan I would be getting a second opinion on this whole FCA Authorisation / Section 19 of FSMA.
