Revealing the name of money-making machine? We are helpful to some extent but not to kill our own opportunity.

For those who try to trade but still wears pink glasses: arbitrage doesn't exist in efficient or nearly efficient markets.
As opportunity pops up excessive demand from liquid market flows to close the gap and thus destroying the opportunity to make risk-free profit.
