I have been reading through the lite forex scam thread and have a question that seems has not yet been answered.

There is talk of "bonus hunting" and how this can be the reason to have all your profits removed from your trading account. Exactly what is this and how can we avoid being accused of this practice? If our account has a deposit bonus and we wish to have the bonus REMOVED from the account is this possible? How do we go about canceling the deposit bonus so that there is no chance of being accused of misdoing?

It quite unclear to me how the bonus actually benefits the trader. It seems that you can't withdraw it but it only ads to your equity. If you lose money trading, you lose your funds and not the bonus funds. How does the bonus funds actually effect the trader other than to give a mis-representation of the available equity in the account? Will bonus funds prevent a margin call? If you do have a margin call on an account with bonus funds will you now have a negative balance that can be taken from anther of the traders accounts with positive equity?

I appreciate your time in reading and answering my questions. I'm sure many will benefit from the clear answers you will provide.

I will explain. If you just use the bonus to trade, as the additional amount and not using the strategy, in no way you will not be accused in Bonus Hunting. We can not discuss here the specific description of the strategy, because in the past it has attracted a serious increase such cases and to we were forced to make checks.

Bonuses help traders make more money than would be possible get just with the amount of your deposit. Also the sum of bonuses helps during drawdown. But it is the right of each person to use the bonus or not. LiteForex has an alternative - a program Multirebate (return of a part spread).

Thank you for taking the time to reply. How is it even possible to just use the bonus to trade? If you withdraw your funds then you have also lost your bonus. This is automatic in the liteforex system. Also, any losses incurred are taken from your equity first and NOT the bonus. This seems impossible to trade using only bonus money as you have suggested.

The only thing your bonus does is to add to the available equity and not your balance. That will only help you in the case of a draw down to keep from hitting a margin call due to lack of available equity to maintain the open positions.

I would appreciate your further comments on this.
