    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

1. It's not my job to serve refund requests - reseller gets money for this...
2. my job is improve EA and as result I can tell you now - EA modification is complete now - no more stupid losses ever... Problem part was pairs correlations - now this correlations will auto-update with market... Only reliable trades will be done and risk will be lower... Don't worry - client part will update automatically - just restart EA and if you see timer than all OK

Thank you Kamuta! So I just remove and re-add the EA to my chart and it is updated (i.e. the strategy update must have been on your end)?

Do you still recommend risk setting = 5?

Just counted total refunds - too much noise from nothing: total 13 refunds for both resellers was made...
8 licenses was resold so left only 5 licenses from 500 available pool... If anybody still want refund contact reseller before 05.25

Too bad GBPJPY trade didn't workout it would cover some loses, it was going 100+ pips

I am down currently 40%, and I thought that I would be already rich, I will wait some more for that riches
