I am submitting the case against: hfeu.com Hot Markets

My login area on Hot Markets is not accessible: 502 Bad Gateway

The phone call with office and chat has confirmed technical difficulties on 2020 February 3th.
I was not able to Deposit, to extend stop loss.

I lost -10216.79€ because of not working accounts control area.

Hotforex, broker with 3.8 Stars on massive 476 reviews at FPA? I wonder if they have insurance or fund to handle genuine breakdowns.

I have contacted HotForex trading department before stock market opening.
I have asked to freeze my positions until they fix their system.
Trading service assistand pretended he did not understand my issue and gone.
I got no more replies from them.
I just let you know it can happen anytime to anybody.

Yes !

I called, emailled, chatted before marketing opening.

Hot Forex Stopped responding after that.

I contacted them from different email as new user wishing to deposit. I want to check them. They responded soon because they think I am new trader with new bunch of money.

The end of the Cmchat history is in the picture on the right side. They kept telling they have technical problems and got disconnected.

And can you ask them again in chat regarding your issue?
