If you want to figure out if UPL-NZ is a big time scammer, read the postings in the Education/Forums pages and decide for yourself how scammers work. The local UPL Service Centre guys had closed down this centre and had made frauds reports to the Federal authority and the local police . Be Informed ! The website was here previously.....Union Pacific Limited

    Waiting...............you statment so long Score88

Hi, its that take too long to post you statement here Score88?
I really feel sympathy about you experience with UPL but until now you don't have post any statement as you promise 1 month ago. Are you really a victim or "Empty can"?. For my opinion, after read all tread that you post here. You know too much about the service center as a client. I think you are part of that service center as an agent. Do you think that as a client you can contact that 200++ other client? Only agent who have they contact number can do it. So that obvious that you are agent of that company service center and maybe you involve in trading client account for commission. As an agent, the more lot traded the more commission you got. So I think that the right conclusion for you problem, is you. You make you own risk and blame the company.

So if you think that my conclusion is untrue. Please reply here and give the support document like a police report or anything that you think necessary to support you accusation. EVERYONE WAITING YOU.

Please read the comment from New Zealand security Commission's lawyer:
....Union Pacific Limited is a New Zealand incorporated company. However, it is not authorised or licensed by, or otherwise registered with, the Commission for any purpose.
Companies which are providing financial services in New Zealand are generally required to register under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Disputes Resolution) Act 2008. Union Pacific Limited has not registered as a financial service provider.

    Upl Is Con Company !!!!!!!!!

I dont think so all of us victims can find Mr Wong. He is always out here and there. He is Sabahan and stay in around Millenium Plaza. 3-storey house. As I have mentioned, it is not easy to locate him. However, he is also a victim just like us. So, no point to look for him as he can't do anything also. Everything is controlled by UPL NZ.

That lawyer is starting to annoy me. When will he admit that financial service providers that accept only non-New Zealanders as clients are unregulated by his employer, the New Zealand Securities and Futures Commission ?

As for the special registry he s talking about, it s only under the responsability of the Companies Registrar ( not at all the NZ Securities Commission ) and it s a big joke. The worse that will EVER happen to those who do not register is that their corporation will be struck off. They ll create a dozen more NZ corporations the next day.

When will that lawyer explain that you can do ANY KIND of banking business with such a financial service provider with ANYBODY in the World except New Zealand and all the NZ authorities will ask you is that you dont use the word " BANK " in your name or documents and that you register with their Mickey Mouse registry ? When will that lawyer explain in which way New Zealand is different than let s say Australia or Canada ( both countries sharing english common Law with NZ ) when it comes to create such company ? Why do the scammers chose New Zealand ? Is it too hard for that lawyer to explain New Zealand repealed their entire Banking Act in 1995 ? There is not much of a legal framework left in New Zealand to decide what an ordinary corporation can or cannot do when it comes to banking services.

    So lame...
