Problem Warning: Tickmill Confiscated My Trading Profits Without Providing Any Financial Explanation

MAJOR UPDATE: Official FSA Case Reference Assigned (# 9228)
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles has officially acknowledged receipt of my regulatory complaint and assigned Case Reference Number: # 9228.
The Authority has requested the original email files showing internal dispute exhaustion and final broker determination. I have submitted the complete ⁠.eml⁠ email records containing full headers from Tickmill Compliance (⁠compliance@tickmill.com⁠) refusing my profit payout and confirming profile termination.
The formal investigation process is now underway under Case # 9228. I will keep the community updated as the FSA communicates with Tickmill's legal department

I still haven't received a response from the FSA. I filed the complaint with the FSA on July 21; the system generated a notification that the documents were received, but I haven't actually received a confirmation number. If trader sadaqtali can confirm this, I'll wait patiently—I don't know if that will actually happen in my case.

Good morning, trader sadaqatali I still haven’t received any notification from the FSA. Sometimes I doubt whether it even really exists. I’ve already sent them two requests asking for the case file number, but still nothing. I don’t know what to think because these companies in the financial market are like a casino—completely unregulated—seizing the funds of many traders. It’s important to note that Tickmill is owned by the same people who own The Trading Pit, a funding company. Traders should keep this in mind when evaluating each decision they make.
