Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Protect yourself from Israeli Forex Scams
I’d like to introduce myself to the readers of this forum.
My name is Eyal Vardi Geler and I am a lawyer located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Let me share with you a few secrets about these companies that nobody wants to share with you.
In the last few weeks I have frequented the different threads and complaints in this forum on a regular basis. I’ve noticed dozens of complaints and terrible treatment that seem to occur on a regular basis.
I think its HORRIBLE that there are so many scam forex brokers out there. Not only that, I’m even more disgusted by the fact that many of these companies operate from within my home country, Israel.
Few of my costumers traded with several Forex companies who tried every trick in the book to prevent them from making their profits and at first they thought: “Maybe it’s this one company? Maybe other companies are different?”. I heard complains about 4 different brokers before I came to realize that most of these guys are here to take their costumers money and not to help them make money like they market themselves and promise in their advertisements!
They lure you in with big first deposit bonuses and freebies, sound familiar?
If any of you have ever gambled in Casinos then you know that they too employ the same tactics. The big difference being that they don’t tell you that you are “investing your money” and that it’s “a sure thing”. They don’t compare themselves to “major brokerage companies” and “investment firms”.
It’s a well known fact that many of these companies were, in fact, established by known figures from the gaming & gambling industries that hide behind endless amounts of paperwork.
90% of them trade against you hoping that you will make ill-advised trades and lose your money. They almost never cover the opened positions and in fact have turned conflict-in-interest into their main method of action.
The biggest issues with these companies arise when you decide to withdraw your money from them. They use every dirty trick in the book to prevent you from withdrawing your money. Several sales people call you to try to tell you not to withdraw your money, they accuse you of arbitrage, scalping and other illegal methods of trading, hell they will even freeze your account while you still have trades open or employ active dealing desk methods to prevent you from making money. Everything goes in this business!
After having experienced this awful treatment first hand I decided to help my clients fight back and used several methods to get their money back. I have an advantage… I am located here in Israel so they couldn’t avoid me!
We eventually succeeded in getting most of our clients equity back including 90% of their profits.

Best Regards,
Mr. Eyal Vardi Geler

Seems ioption is a big lie its all a lie that explaine why they lie about there office in Cyprus and they are not there that explaines why Mr jawad has a plaestinen accent and one i thought i heard hebrew impostes it ilegal

That is what you should do
1.contact the .cysec even though they are not regulated still they are registed in Cyprus
2. Complaine in your country for being scam fraud department
3. Sue them

I came to denounce them at a police station in Brazil
plus they have no way to contact them for being a foreign website
registered in Cyprus talked to a lawyer friend who tried to keep in touch with Mr Samy who claims to be an administrator iOption but he did not return
they want to exonerate Mr. Carlos and want me to comply with fraud
talk to the Israeli lawyer maybe he can help me

I have read with interest the account rendered here by Ms Raimunda Maria Alves Santos. It would be a scandal, if true. However, the truth is much more simplistic.
Ms Santos deposited, in total, $2000 and made profits. She requested a total of $4000 worth of withdrawals and received them.
Ms Santos requested that we provide a managed service on her account. We do not provide any form of account management. One of our Affiliates in Brazil is a gentleman by the name of Augusto Diogo. Our Account Manager, managing Ms Santos’s account, was Carlos Gonçalves and he introduced Santos to Diogo. We understand an understanding was reached between Santos and Diogo, whereby he would trade on her behalf. This arrangement was exclusively between them and had no link or sanction by iOption.com.
At first Diogo was very successful and made his client a lot of money. That’s when she withdrew her original deposit and some profits. We understand that she instructed Diogo to stop trading on her behalf. He didn’t. He continued to trade, and lost all of the balance on her account .
We have been in discussions with Ms Santos’s lawyer, and have supplied him with copies of correspondence etc so that he could see that no violations took place from our side. We are also very happy to make available to Forexpeacearmy, records of all the trades and transactions that took place on Ms. Santos account.
We strenuously deny any act of theft or impropriety with this account, and would request that Ms. Santos withdraws her false accusations.

They are lying because my lawyer tried to contact Mr Samy who did not return Mr Carlos just sent values $ 2,000.00 to moneybookers and $2000,00 for credit card on the day que they stole me as a consolation prize for me to conform
the last page of the negotiations is changed
like I said I was talking on Skype with Mr Diogo
at 14:00 on 26.02.2013 as he could be making strategies in my account on time 15:00 as appearing on
and natural that iOption keep covering for this fraudulent individual to not pay for their mistakes
I do not withdraw what I said and I want to open a process q
I have all the documents and can comproar was rigged

We encourage you to share with us .all correspondence please enlighten our eyes and we will also use this opportunity to enlighten our eyes about something we learned recently, an Israeli lawyer post that you are actually an Israeli company registered in Cyprus give us a good reason why working with a company that lies to customers that it ilies about everything of where you are when we contact you if there are more things you are being dishonest with us like what else are you lying about, there is a saying where i come from a lie is to covers more lies .
