Problem XM funds not deposited- deposit Denied

HI, I wanted to tell that after following XM and after details communication with their support team and submitting all the Payment Proofs .XM denied the deposit and has not provided their PSP bank statement. And Our Hard Earned Money is a loss form their end. I am attaching email screenshot from the Bank. Please avoid this useless Broker.

I'm also facing same issues. I had made an deposit using UPI Phonepe. I made an deposit on 24 May and it's been more than 25 days and still no resolution. @XM Team This broker is fraud and scammer.
