Problem XM global blocked my withdrawal

was trading with XM for some time.I was not in profits initially.Lately I earned profits and when I put a withdrawal request of 4,000 dollars they blocked my account and asked for verification of identity.I submitted the documents and no reply from them for last 10 days despite of sending many emails. They are deliberately blocking accounts of clients from South Asia.I have read many stories of clients from South Asia in last 2 weeks on different forums.If you are an active trader from South Asia of XM try to withdraw your money, most likely your account will be terminated and they will keep your profits without explaining any reason.I am just warning that you will be next.Any suggestions what I can do to recover money?
