I considered g4trader.com a scam broker for blocking their client from reaching them via email, phone calls, and trading his account without his consent.

no, not regulated. and yes i realise that was a stupid move on my part for not checking.

was that just through a charge back? the bank has refused to help so ive file a case through the financial ombudsman against the bank for not acting while i was still inside the 120 day time limit for chargeback.

If the bank was notified before the deadline and waited until it passed, you may also want to ask WinChargeback if they can help.
