Dukascopy Bank SA (Switzerland) allows opening accounts from usd 5k. For Swiss residents they allow way below usd 5k.
However there was a period of time about 2-3 years ago when they allowed for everybody to open from usd 1k. I was lucky because I opened my account that time. I didn't trade the news that time so I almost blew that account and now deposited back up to 1.5k.

Also now they have an EU division where you can open an account from USD 100.

I believe the very same as the Swiss one, just it's not in an offshore place.

Today I traded the ECB Press Conference, and bought EURUSD.
Was a perfect win
+30 pips
