You will never see your money again,even you try to withdrawal money you just deposit, they will transform a lot of excuses to refuse your withdrawal.

Their tactics are as follows:
1.They slander you to use an illegal scalping EA, even if you are trading manually, and then seize your money.
2.Threat to you (only on the phone) will lose all the money, so you yield, and then only a small part of the money returned to you.
3.Force you to sign unrealistic and unreasonable additional terms, such as: to stay with them for 12 months.
4.Asking you to take down your previous post from the Forex Peace Army and mention that your issue has been resolved.

Alan has told me that you can do whatever you want to do,you will not take back a penny for sure!

It seems that this Alan guy is continuing the Invest Tech tradition of threatening people who leave bad reviews. Worse, far worse, Ms. Wang needs the money for her son because of some medical problem. Furious doesn't even begin to describe my reaction to this.

To Invest Tech: One FPA member has already lost a family member because of a scam broker. If it happens again, I'm going to encourage Ms. Wang to file criminal charges against you. I'll even donate cash for her legal expenses. I do most of my posting here at the FPA, but am a member of dozens of forex forums. If your company doesn't give back the money that you OWE her and it causes a problem, I'll make sure the word gets spread to every major forex forum I can find.

To Ms. Wang: 永不放弃。 从来没有投降。 好事多磨。

To all FPA members: Watch this case. Don't let it fall between the cracks. It looks like we have another broker playing games with people's money as well as people's lives. Let's keep this one under the microscope until it's resolved.

Please post in other forums too, eg 100Forex Brokers reviews, to warn other traders of this scam company.

I do hope you get your money back from InvestTecgFX (not much different from ForInvest; isn’t it??)

It is exactly the way this 'broker' operates. Many people have already fallen victim. But it looks like some traders dont get the message so that is why this 'broker' is still in business.

Unacceptable amount!!!

Thanks for FPA's members kind help and reply.
Since the FPA communicate with InvesttechFX for my case, this morning, I received a 6930 refund instead of 9952.70,this is the balance of 7000 after deducting the 70 fees,I thought fees was deducted by paypal, I called paypal was told that all fees was deducted by InvestTechFX,Paypal does not charge any fees for personal recipients, I need to click on fees cancellation button to request them re-send corrected amount again.I have done,also sent email to InvestTechFX tell them this is unacceptable amount for close account.they are still playing the game with me:
1,When I asking withdrawal all balance 9952.70 and close account, they forced me changed withdrawal amount three times,Alan has offered two choices 6000 or nothing,I did not agree.
2,When I really need money for son's medical bill,I sent 8000 withdrawal request email,they told me their Clearing Dept has approved only 7000, required me to re-send withdrawal request email with amount of 7000, they promise that once they get the email, I will receive the money within a few hours and this is the last request, there will be no additional demands on my side. in order to save my son,I have done.
3,Since the 7000 withdrawal request email sent,nothing happened, I keep contacting them,then they emailed me a form required to sign,this form shows that all matters relating to my account shall be deemed satisfied in full. I was told I could not get refund unless signature.
4.When I begged them to send money, otherwise my son would be life-threatening, they "comfort" me that you can still enjoy your life without your son, money is not a big deal, you can continue to work then, we will pray for you.I have repeatedly explained to them that I am not borrowing money with them, but take back my own money.
5.If I accept $7000 ($6930),I will never see the remaining again. this amount is Unacceptable! They contempt of life!!!

I will post update when I get refund.

Personally, I'd hang onto the $7000 (or close to that) and keep fighting for the rest. Prying money out of a broker can sometimes be a slow and painful process.
