Are we done?
Hi Dmitry,
Thank you for your reply. I am more than happy that you have posted your thoughts.
It seems that I was hitting a nerve.
Your comment ->
You can meet me in Москоскком a subsidiary of a company in any convenient day.... You can arrive to us on a visit to Cyprus and talk over with the president of group of companies LiteForex.
<- end of comment
You really want to meet me. I did found a nerve!
Maybe not! Here is the reason...
You have some sort of a connection to InstaForex (and you do share the same forum at forextask.com) and if I read their "Our Team" page instaforex.com/team.php and read their hobbies I find this:
Dmitry Savchenko, Lawyer-consultant, Hobbies: weapon
Petrov Alexandr, Clients’ relationship manager, Hobbies: shooting, weapon
What is your hobby Dmitry?
I think I have to pass on your invitation, but thank you, it's very kind of you!
BTW: Dmitry Savchenko is a lawyer or a law student? (rhetorical questions)
Let's analyze what you wrote back. Your comment ->
I was very much surprised with that you have specially registered at a forum to write this message which became the first.
<- end of comment
I did not registered just to write that article. It is true, that was my first article because I have just found FPA. But you just had the bad luck, that I wrote about you first.
Your comment ->
Also has paid attention, that the message big - you carefully tried to find exposing material for criticism.
<- end of comment
Of course it's big. I wrote about everything I found with quotes and facts and with links provided to the information for everyone who is interested to double check.
It's not my opinion, it's just what I have found.
And of course I look for "exposing material for criticism". I want to know who I give my money to. Is this hard to understand?
Your comment ->
However arguing from an item of the sane person your message calls in me irony.
<- end of quote
What? You are writing that I'm not sane?
Thank you! For proving me that professionalism is thrown out through the window, not to mention it's a kind of childish comment.
But don't worry, I don't take it personally and I want lower my self to this level. It is your right to have your own opinion and I appreciate your honasty.
Your comment ->
Your message big in terms of volume, but empty in respect of a contents.
<- end of quote
Once again, yes, it is a time consuming reading material. I am not looking for your or any other brokers respect.
For me, the traders or let's call them client's, who comes first.
Your comment ->
And it seems to me, that you write not on its own behalf, and on behalf of competitors, attending to black public relations.
<- end of quote
Well, once again you have just proved that you can without any prove clame something that is not true. False accusation, thank you.
But wait and see. Currently I'm waiting for a few SEC's reply for some additional information and as soon as I have them I will post those too. Pay attantion please, they will NOT be related to LiteForex!
Your comment ->
Was concretely for you claims are not present, you try to manipulate scraps of the information and to refer to any sources.
<- end of comment
Everything I posted can be double checked. It is my right to check, double check and verify everything any company claims.
You have provided the information and I have checked those informations! My findings can be viewed by anyone. It is up to any individual to decide what to do with it.
For example, you have decided to take it as a criticism. But what I was hoping for was that you'll learn your lesson and upgrade your web site to be more clear, one that can not be questioned. Your way to reply was your choice.
For any trader or clients who reads my article, I hope that they will learn how and what to ask, that no one should take any information an any web site for granted.
If you are watching any news, like CNBC, you probably heard phrases like "the US government tries to improve the confidence..."
We have passed that stage. Me, and many other traders, we don't want "confidence", we want prove!
People had "confidence" for Madoff. I had "confidence" for my broker and now, my and every other clients money is gone.
If you had really read my article, then you probably read my situation.
I am looking for a new broker, but this time, before I actually handle over my money, I do a background check! I want prove, not "confidence".
I have traded over a year (as a hobby), listened to the news, stayed up all night, many headaches for what? In the name of confidence? So that my broker can take my hardly earned money?
No, my friend, I don't do business with a company name, but the people behind the company.
So, who are you? How solid is your information you post on your web side? (rhetorical question)
I found what I have found and I have posted it for educational purpose. It is what it is.
It also show that people should pay more attention to details what ever any web site says. I made that mistake once.
What is the connection between LiteForex and Mezan-Trade?
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
I heard about Mezan-Trade in a forum, so I have decided to check them out. I found out that they have a CySEC warning.
I didn't had to write any long article. All I had to do is to send an email to FPA to add this broker to this site with this CySEC warning.
And thanks to me, with the help of the FPA who shares this information with everyone.
IF you would have read my article carefully, you would have seen this
"I did not wrote this article as a personal attack against any person or any of the mentioned companies."
You just had the bad luck that I wrote about you first. So much for your clam that I try to "...attending to black public relations...". It is what it is, I don't make this up...
Dmitry, I didn't asked you any questions because I don't have the answers. I was more interested of YOUR answers to see how you react how you respond. And you did not let me down! Thank you.
I know that Sergey Mayzus is the president of LiteForex, Straighthold, FiveStars . net Corporation, Zaragraphics etc... If some of them still exist, I must add!
There are no secrets on the internet
I was digging deep and I have the answers. How deep? Let me write a little preview...
You kept mentioning a company, United World Capital, this was a mistake and your boss will not like that
UWC has all the proper licenses, I have checked and they are ok. I am also very impressed of their web site where they have all the legal documents online. Great job! 4 starts!
Director: Sergey Mayzus (50%)
Director: Jamal Abeid Fakhory (10%), No additional info
Member: Anna Mayzus (40%), Additional info -> Occupation: Handicrafts (embroidery)
How ever, on the UWC web site, I found this uwcfx.com/company/overview.html ->
United World Capital is a prospective member of the professional bodies such as CIFSA (Cyprus International Financial Services Association), CCCI (Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry), CFSFA (Cyprus Financial Services Firms Association) and SWIFSA (Swiss International Financial Services Association)
<- end of quote
Not much to comment. Big, ROCK-SOLID names....
CCCI (Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
CFSFA (Cyprus Financial Services Firms Association)
CIFSA (Cyprus International Financial Services Association)
SWIFSA (Swiss International Financial Services Association)
I'm impressed! Hmmm... SWIFSA ? Wait... Who are they?
President: Sergey Mayzus
Member: Anna Mayzus
Member: Bruno Gerber
Address:
c / o Netincorporation AG
Lättichstrasse 6
6341 Baar, CH
So, UWC is a member of a ROCK-SOLID COMPANY NAME with a c/o address? No phone, fax, email or web page registered? And what/who is Netincorporaion AG?
netincorporation.ch - Incorporate your business in Switzerland - Swiss Company Incorporation
This is just public information collected from moneyhouse.ch
It is, what it is Dmitry... If I would look for a job at UWC and give you a reference to my former employer, I'll BET that you would call to check it! And so do I...
Why is SWIFSA on that page? Are they doing actually something or that ROCK-SOLID fancy name was enough to post it? (rhetorical question)
Who are the traders at UWC for "portfolio managers"? Education? Picture? Experience? I'm impressed by InstaForex web page where I can see and read about the employees, 4 stars. But there are no such info on UWC's site.
I'm not interested of the answer but 23Jamy might be.
What is this web site? uwcfx.biz]uwcfx.biz
Let's see
uwcfx.biz whois.domaintools.com/uwcfx.biz
uwcfx.com [whois.domaintools.com/uwcfx.com
Why Dmitry? Are you sure that you want to be taken siriusly? Please, don't give me a reason to find flaws. Make sure that nothing can be questioned!
Back to the question how deep I'm digging. Ask Sergey who/what is: "Stasik". If he doesn't know or remember, I'm sure he can ask Anna. She'll know, after all Stasik is her "kotya".
No answer is required!
About Rodrigo (JmzRodrigo). You really should refund all of his profit from his trades. You can not prove that those trades where "out-market quotations" since you have removed those information's from your server.
Here is a very serious question, again! In what country it is legal to remove any client or trade information from your server if we considering only "money laundering and the financing of terrorist activities"?
What regulatory body allows this?
Don't worry, I'm done with LiteForex (and Mezan-Trade, UWC, InstaForex). Unless, you keep writing unprofessional personal insults and false accusations. Your choice...
Final word. Let's be honest. Not many people will read my article for not many knows that FPA exists. I didn't, till recently. So upgrade your web site correctly so that current or future clients can see better and check everything you claim. No misunderstanding or misleading information. And be very happy that I will not post my article any where else!
BTW:
your comment ->
And unless on a site it is written, what the company has an office in London? Your imaginations please keep at itself.
-> end of comment
I did wrote "Gives me the impression...". Please, read more carefully
You are right, Straighthold has a domain straighthold.com , and yes, you will be redirected to LiteForex, just as I wrote.
So, whats new? Are we done?
Remember, I'll take no prisoners!
23Jamy:
Don't feel bad, UWC has the proper licenses. You can check that too cysec.gov.cy/licence_members_1_en.aspx . They also have "Investors' Compensation Fund up to €20,000 per client"
You can read the document here uwcfx.com/support/documents.html check if this applies you, and double check with the proper authorities.
Dmitry, help me out. I read somewhere that UWC was regulated by CySEC, but I can't find it. I did not saved that information for I had NO plans to write about UWC for everything seems to be fine.
or 23Jamy you can also ask investmentfirms@cysec.gov.cy directly. The answer will take a couple of days, but you will get a straight answer.
All the best!
