Since Friday (15th April) Exness platforms have been down more hours than they have been live! I have spoken repeatedly to their support staff who have informed me that they are having "Server Problems"!!
On my first 'Chat' with tech support I was assured it would be "sorted out very soon", on my second 'Chat' I was told their specialist was looking into the problem and it would be fixed soon.
On my 3rd 'Chat' yesterday They said "the server was shut down for routine service and that it would be up & running in a few hours" -At that point I specifically mentioned that if the problem was to persist into Monday's (18th April) trading day - that I would complain to the FPA and make this public!
I was scammed by Capital Trust Markets in 2014 AND THIS IS EXACTLY HOW IT STARTED (WITH "SERVER PROBLEMS")
So I am beginning to wonder if this is the same SCAM happening all over again with EXNESS also!!

Regarding our recent connection issues, I am glad to say that the situation has been greatly improved with clients being able to normally connect to all trading servers.
At the same time, it is with regret that I read the lines about you having had to wait for these improvements more than you expected. I would like to assure you that our IT team have made immense efforts to tackle the disconnections that followed the DDoS attacks on our trading servers. More information on the issue in question may be found on our website here. I believe that you also must have received an email from us updating you on the situation.
Apart from that, I would also like to stress that Exness takes all responsibility for orders affected by the disconnections that started on April 13. If you have such orders, please submit a request in your Member area here, giving your account number and numbers of orders, so that we could check the execution.
