General discussions of a financial company
Since Friday (15th April) Exness platforms have been down more hours than they have been live! I have spoken repeatedly to their support staff who have informed me that they are having "Server Problems"!!

On my first 'Chat' with tech support I was assured it would be "sorted out very soon", on my second 'Chat' I was told their specialist was looking into the problem and it would be fixed soon.

On my 3rd 'Chat' yesterday They said "the server was shut down for routine service and that it would be up & running in a few hours" -At that point I specifically mentioned that if the problem was to persist into Monday's (18th April) trading day - that I would complain to the FPA and make this public!

I was scammed by Capital Trust Markets in 2014 AND THIS IS EXACTLY HOW IT STARTED (WITH "SERVER PROBLEMS")

So I am beginning to wonder if this is the same SCAM happening all over again with EXNESS also!!

At the same time, it is with regret that I read the lines about you having had to wait for these improvements more than you expected. I would like to assure you that our IT team have made immense efforts to tackle the disconnections that followed the DDoS attacks on our trading servers. More information on the issue in question may be found on our website here. I believe that you also must have received an email from us updating you on the situation.

Apart from that, I would also like to stress that Exness takes all responsibility for orders affected by the disconnections that started on April 13. If you have such orders, please submit a request in your Member area here, giving your account number and numbers of orders, so that we could check the execution.

I wait for 9 days (7 business days) for my withdrawal (bank wire) now.
Exness support don't want to send me proof that they have sent wire to me.
They claim that they did it already 9 days ago and that I have to wait for such sepa wire 5 business days what is total lie buecause sepa wires takes 1-2 business days
and now it passed already 7 business days not even 5 .
At the same time exness support don't want to send me proof - bankt statement or swift copy where I could see that they really sent my money.
It seems that they stopped sending withdrawals at all or they will do it with terrible delays.
They are telling me to wait more days all the time again and again.
2 days ago they told me to wait 2 days more.
After this 2 days they tell me again to wait 3 days more !
POSSIBLE SCAM - watch out with this broker.
I will keep inform you.

Here you have got example of exness lies. Sepa wire transfers take 1-2 business days, not 5-7 !

I received yesterday in the evening from exness support payment details. They sent payment to me yesterday in the evening - after 9 days since they approved it.
Date is indicated on payment details. They sent wire in the evening after I wrote about my case on FPA forum in the morning. Before that they firmly claimed that wire was sent already few days before.
Now it is already 10 days and I still have no money but at least I know that they sent it yesterday (if they dont lie or falsify document with payment details)
I will inform you if I will receive my money from this mendacious broker.
 
The Songkran contest that was supposed to start several hours ago....it seems like the contest accounts are unfunded for several hours now.

Sorry for late anwser. We had holidays in Poland.
I finally received my withdrawal from Exness.
It took Exness 9 days to order transfer to me. Transfer take only 1 day like I mention sepa transfers take 1-2 days not 3-5 days like Exness claim.
Horrible witdrawal service by Exness + lying support.

In practice, not every wire transfer may be completed within the standard time. There are different reasons for that, but usually certain delays depend on certain banks. I am still ready to help you find out what caused the delay this time.

I want to point out that In Exness absolutely all bank wire withdrawals take no longer than 24 hours, irrespective of the transfer type. The rest is up to banks.

Apart from that, as far as the communication with Customer support is concerned, I would like to assure you that we treat the quality of communication with clients very seriously. Please provide your email or account number in a personal message, so that we could look into whether any sort of misunderstanding took place in the case.
