My nama is rangga from indonesia, i have been trade live with them more than 2 years..here my review

it happened on 18 april 2016 an hour before newyork closing.. there +-200 point spike and it dissapear on the next afternoon...there are no error notification on the website or email before i emailed them... they said it was techincal error and it only happened to some their client only and only on GBP JPY pair and USDJPY..(is it right?)
hope this review might useful for you who trade with this broker or planning to trade with them..

What is happening now ?? Platform is not working. Fbs.com also is not working. I have some open orders plz what's the problem. Could any one say. Plz solve the problem quickly.

First of all, we are glad to see that you have contacted our customer support right away after the issue had happened and got the answer from our manager.
Still, we consider it our duty to clarify the situation here.

On 18.04.2016 at 23:16 (MetaTrader4 time) we received off-market quotes on GBPJPY and USDJPY from our liquidity provider. Unforunately, off-market quote is an occasional phenomenon that can happen with any broker providing market execution of orders (including our company).
It is worth mentioning that different brokers have different liqudity providers. And off-market quote situation with one broker doesn’t always mean the same situation with other broker.
In most cases such quotes are sent by a liquidity provider due to some technical issue on their side, however, our specialists always take all the necessary measures to prevent those events. Also, we would like to remind you that we always act strictly according to our Customer Agreement.
According to it, company is entitled to remove the information about the off-market quote from the server quote database.
Due to that, all transactions in the trading terminal executed incorrectly were cancelled or re-opened by our specialists. Thus, all clients' account balances and trading histories have been also corrected according to the market quotes.
Once again, we would like to remind you, that according to the Customer agreement ( https://my.fbs.com/upload/agreement_en.pdf ):
3.2.11.Orders opened or closed by off-market quotes can be cancelled:
a) In case the order was opened by an off-market quote
b) In case the order was closed by an off-market quote
8.6. Shall the order of the Client be open, closed or changed due to the off-market quote, the Company serves the right to return the order status before spike.

So, as you may see, our actions have been justified and you may not worry about anything. We are always by your side and clients' comfort and stability is our main priority.

Here my honest review after almost 2 years(if not mistaken)i used FBS as my broker(micro account) and make 200%profit (most profit trade is from the brexit result)

NOTE:FBS Micro account execution speed 3 to 4 second

They don't low the leverage on the brexit day as most of the broker done that,i still get the 1:1000 leverage and the platform not freezing during the brexit trade as most broker platform freezing(i trade brexit with my 3 broker and 2 of them is freezing like ice in north pole)

FBS platform running smoothly and i place 4 manual trade(brexit first result Sunderland) 2 on GBP/USD and 2 on GBP/JPY it took 3 to 4 second for my trade to execute same as closing position and i make a lot of profit in just 1 to 2 minute trade.

I send email regarding the execution speed after brexit trade and Mr.Jack reply and say it's normal but on their website it say the execution speed is 0.3 second and after some deep conversation thru email, to get the better execution speed i decided to change my account to Zero Spread account and yes the execution is better now (+-1 second)
I read some broker delete customer profit on brexit trade(broker user review in FPA)
with FBS i still have my profit,not withdraw yet but i think it will be no problem and i will make my withdraw soon.A lot of user review success on withdraw with FBS

So after all my experience i think FBS is trusted and good broker

Now i change to Unlimited Account,the execution is more better same as the spread.

I tested this company for few months "2 nomore" and was enough, in cent account because the timing was very good on mt4 but , too bad ... company cancelled the bonus unexpected with near 40% acomplished percentage and a margin level near 1000% in a leverage 1:500 with no reason .. i still waiting with responses about SO in log nomore , nothing about bonus cancellation . And after all the open positions closed unexpected at same time .. result ? i lost my founds with no apellation because the company only show their correct SO closed options nomore. I don't see any correct SO after a bonus cancellation ( in other way the company can cancel any bonus with no restriction ) . Guys use the brain ... i lost only near one hundred dollars on a cent account thanks to bonus cancellation bad practice nomore , the rest are fake excuses . Anyway ill start legal procedures front this company i wasn't born yesterday i have a lot of wars on harms and i dont like be treated like a stupid child in a gamblin enterprise. If i like goto a casino ill go directly there not in a trading company that i suppose is more serious that a casino , i'm here for make my business not for full the pokets for others with stealer tactics.
Note: I understand now why this company aren't present on serious brokers places like forexfactory , was my fault guys ... take care i learned the lesson so late and gratefully i have my working money on fews serious brokers existing full regulateds in internet gratefully i dont losed thousands dollars with him , all yours are ween warned

Irwanl and the rest of readers , pls don't expect much about this company , on this moment im 99% sure FBS is a complet big scam ... ill wait the 1% for certify it 100% and make public the images , screenshots etc that will confirm that because as you know one image is better than milions words .. rules ... bad "honest reviews" ... etc .. no way . In same way i wanna say that exist ( in general not only here about FBS ) a lot of people saying they have received payments ...etc , with no documents for justity it is like open the door at the same members of the sect for defeat his fraudulent work nomore , all people know how`re working the "good tactics" on internet .
I'll wait a while for confirm the 100% and sincerely i wish i'm wrong but i doubt it so much and i don't trust on miracles. I wait a lot of words only and much bla bla bla , in the best case trying justify a totally scam procedures but ill leave the things in correct place for sure.
