That site scamwatcher.org is hosted in Iceland so when it says its an offshore broker it means the UK is offshore from Iceland

just do a "who is" domain search and it will bring up all details where a websites are based and registered

I f the website you've got the screen shots from is US based then any investor in the UK will be classed as ofrshore? this is a local investment scheme run by a local lad, investments mainly from local people. like ive said the question is where's the money and did the CEO (Declan) know he may have been scammed by a 3rd party broker he has kept secret, maybe just taking his 10%-20% of all investments made and transferred. only time will tell.

It’s the fact none of what’s being said adds up..

However why they’ve stayed in Scunny baffles me..

Yep, there's holes in it everywhere try and find someone who is publicly saying they've lost money. You can't yet, which is strange maybe declan is telling different client's different things. Maybe this is his exit plan. Who knows, but I know for sure well find out soon.

Because there all STILL believing the accounts have been temp frozen by the FCA and all will be ok after a few "meetings". funny how much sh%t people are willing to believe , before they realise theyve been scammed. good luck to all involved.
