Weiren Yuan 袁惟仁 runs cryptocurrency and foreign exchange scams in Cambodia (Pig Butchering) and is involved in human trafficking and beating and torturing workers. He has been involved in some of the fake investment platforms reported on FPA and is another criminal from China who lives in Cambodia and steals from innocent and hard-working people. I recommend that all victims work towards criminal prosecution of this person.
