BROCOMPANY.com is TOTAL SCAM , its TIME TO VOTE...

Aren't you still interested in brocompany "Zero comissions deposits, "bring a new friend and get a bunus";)

Such case is real complicated, in a way we all like omega75 to get his money back but in another way a scam broker like brocompany careless if it gets 10 Scam Stars at FPA no clear signal if it wants to communicate to this case or give a final answer, at least for omega and everyone here to know the broker decision in this case to act accordingly
Moreover, looks like no regulation body or police able to punish such Scam Brokers and they keep cheating more new clients by false fool cheats:mad:
Anybody here knows what can be the best end in such case??!!
Why don't we create a gang of clients starting with all who were cheated by this scam and go all the way to brocompany address if they have a real one at first!!
Really, this case is like helpless but we still hold on HOPE.

Hello FPA TEAM, hello FX COBRA, hello all the others there

yes, it was also always my opinion, to collect our POWER together and find all the representatives from BROCO...

but anyway...there must be now a vote....BROCO deserves alt least SCAM STATUS, if they CAre about it OR not....

UPDATE for FPA TEAM:

As you can see, there was NO REPLY given from BROCO to my CASE , to all my approaches...they simply dont want to fullfill their obligations...

They only answered to my emails....but as you Could see in my publisched IMAGES, COPIES here, they replied NONSENSE, ....simply no will to say ANYTHING positive, no explanation...

NO ON THE CONTRARY they even send an empty THREAT to me saying:

"Greetings,,,,,if we receive more problems due to your publishing, you will never receive your funds..!"

this is PATHETIC.this is laughing at people.

LET PLEASE VOTE ALL TRADERS NOW ....

Thank you

This updated information about Panama Regulator saying Brocompany is not registered for securities or forex market dealing purposes is a very important new transformation in this case.

However, not sure if it's the right time(now) for omega75 to publicly post the emails exchanged with the regulatory body of Panama.

Maybe it was better to wait till the Regulatory firm act against brocompany or at least omega75 wait to see if the panama regulator will cotact you again to update you with some serious actions done.
Because in the current way, brocompany had known that panama regulator might take some action and they'll prepare for it in some way.
Maybe the surprise impact had been lost here, but you never know if the panama regulator will really take this seriously or not?!!

Hello FX COBRA,

PANAMA "regulatory" body cant do anything. THEY TOLD ME ALREADY with other email. this licence on Brocos website is ONLY for STUPID NAIVE NEW CLIENTS who believe that BROCO is regulated when SHOWING such an alleged LICENSE on their website. thats all. ONLY with the AIM to receive deposits....

BROCO knows that they are not regulated and will never ever get regulated. to get regulated there MUST BE MILLIONS OF MONEY to COVER EVERY CLIENTS POSITION. and BROCO CANT DO THIS.

The managed account i was invested in ....well there are still over 1 million dollars in the clients accounts....ONLY this managed account over 1 million ....and there are many others ...many.....

Oh Okay, didn't know that, maybe you didn't highlighted at that before.

This makes the picture more clear now, panama regulatory firm can do nothing because brocompany is not at first registered there.

The step that can be done now is maybe contacting the Mauritius Regulatory because brocompany is located in Mauritius as they say on their site.
Even if brocompany is not regulated for their firm, they might be able to do something as NFA can do in the USA.

They might help you by contacting the country police but you'll need to follow the case yourself later I think, don't know how you're capable of that.
As I understood, you live in Germany maybe?? If you're a citizen, why don't you check the Mauritius Embassy in Germany, tell them about your case, they can act, or check with your country authorities the steps to make a complaint to charge the company and the authorities will contact the Mauritius Embassy for further steps.

I don't know how legal steps work in your country, you might not be easily able to knock the Mauritius Embassy door, ask to meet the Ambassador and get the okay instantly or a meeting schedule for after some days.
Maybe you need other legal steps through police then to make a file complaint for it be ready to take later to the Mauritius Embassy which must deliver it and act accordingly because I think there must be an agreement between Germany and the Republic of Mauritius in such criminal actions done in respect to each country citizen..etc

It's around 11000$ not a small amount, so it deserves some more action in the right direction and place by you.

Hello FX COBRA,

thank you for your reply.

please read what i had posted in my statments before..here in my thread....

the regulatory body of MAURITIUS , THE FSC of Mauritius, cant do anything , its the same CRAPPY regulatrory body, they only register companies, but the dont regulate it, its not their work to hold back money or demand COMPANIES like BROKERS to fullfill their obligations to the client.

thats why all companies register at those AUTHORITIES. its somehow a joke, but there are a lot of people in the world who any way send funds to these alleged brokers. thats somehow unbelievable but TRUE.

ONLY FSA in UK, AFSL from Australia, and BAFIN from Germany and NFA from USA are really regulated and controlled. all the other alleged Regulatory bodies are wort NOTHING. SIMPLY NOTHING. i asked the FSC of Maurituis several times since one year already, simply no answer....and i know other clients...also they received not even one word . thats the reality.

nice day

All doors look closed from both regulators!!

You just have your country police and Mauritius Embassy options, why don't you use both options??!

Thought to ask "Pharaoh" to maybe add a thread saying what Regulatory Firms are the Best and Reliable for tough cases like this one when the broker decides to cheat or rub clients money in anyway, in order for traders to have an added option to their decision when they want to open an account with any broker.
The regulatory firms you mentioned are Good ones but others also exist. Some highlight in a thread can be very useful where clients from all brokers accounts can also share their views.

Your opinion Pharaoh?

Regulators vary so much in effectiveness. I don't want to drag this thread too far off topic, so I'll keep it short.

As far as I know, the only thing that Panama and Mauritius have ever done is to cancel broker registrations and/or issuing warnings that brokers aren't registered. I've never heard of any case of these regulators ordering payments be made to clients or imposing fines.

This looks like the same strategy, Nano4x is using now. Mauritius first, then Panama. But
all the people from Nao4x are gone. You´ll reach nobody there.

I dont think you will get money... sorry

Sounds to me like this "company" has little or no connection to the Financial Services industry. Therefore, this is a simple case of theft and blackmail and should be reported to the police.
