Now here is the million dollar question, is this bird doomed to be called an expensive Turkey because it couldn't fly or a Dodo because it's now extinct?

Imagine, the GY has to drop 350 pips, and even if it did then what you say above will most likely come to fruition. I bet Henry will cancel this trade in due course and issue a new one, just to keep folks interested and hopeful. I'm cancelling my subscription NOW.

If you know GY is going to drop 350 pips, why not go short at market with 100 pips SL? I think you are right about his motives for this call. I am cancelling as well and I am filing a complaint with Paypal for non-delivered items for the past 3 months. Hope others will do the same and file complaints with Paypal and his credit card billing company.

I got this from Henry's 10Kto1MM website. Big joke! And he is not even bothered about the mess he got everybody into. All the money that has been lost... and I believe a lot of people who joined this SCAM hasn't got much, and Henry Liu simply doesn't care. He's made his money now. He is laughing all the way to the bank.

When you see a product or service being advertised and sold by any company, it is the assumption that all deals are made in good faith.

In English law, theft was codified into a statutory offence in the Theft Act 1968 which defines it as:
"A person is guilty of theft, if he DISHONESTLY appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it".

According to Henry's own words he knew that he had to cut losses short and preserve the capital and yet he kept doing exactly the opposite. He broke all the rules he has created for the "system" he has advertised and sold. Therefore the service (10Kto1MM) that was advertised on his website has never been delivered. There is no service! He can't trade and was DISHONEST advertising and selling the service. He charged hundreds of dollars plus monthly fees for something that he couldn't deliver and is not even thinking about giving all that money back.
This is pure and simple theft!
The main purpose of this website is to warn and protect traders against SCAMs and yet I never saw any SCAM warning issued against Henry Liu.
This is serious and has to stop before more people lose all their money.
And if you are reading this and was thinking to buy any of Henry's "services", take all your money and go to a casino. At least you will stand a chance

Henry has added a loophole however - the Money Back Guarantee.

And believe me many people used that to exit with minimal loses.
Well, the loses were not small but still nothing compared to the latest results.
At least I got all my money I had paid for this "service".
Loses are mine as per agreement. This is the only thing that prevents me to call him a scammer.

Pretty far off of the market prices. Mighty Vision!
You also have to consider with 12 lots of leverage a movement of 20 to 30 pips against entry will cause another margin call. What a joke.

Geez... why does he always look wrong way?

Buy Gold and ride it to $1700.
Calculate lot size to accommodate $100 pullbacks (I mean sharp $100 price dips and... buy the dips). Add some Aussie to compensate swaps. Buy any dips. Bank profits every 3-5 weeks.
It's as simple as that...

Henry hasn't changed his system from long term to medium term this trade is the same as the ones that got him in this mess trying to pick bottoms(hes just plucking numbers out of thin air) if price does come down to his entry price it will more than likely go to the 130.00 area which would be pattern completion end of C leg on the daily chart i will not be putting this limit buy on but will wait for monday morning for the NFP numbers and take it from there

either way after my free mth subs is up I'm out for good i cant take this trades i was hoping he would give a prenews NFP trade something that actually could give us 200pips+

I hope that Henry will stick to his Money Back Guarantee to all other members and not just for you when he finds that a lot of members are now wanting to quit the program for a refund.

No, this was just an offer for the first 30 days after initial purchase if I remember correctly.

Yes.

First of all, I requested Money Back within the 30 days as per agreement so I got full initial payment refund. There was no any subscription fee to refund as the first month was free.

I admit I was lucky Henry's guys misspelled my address so I never got any DVD. This actually sped up the refund - I didn't have to wait for anything.
Henry requested the DVDs, I explained I never got any and that's all. I got my money within 2 hours from the initial request.

I know few more ex-participants who had got the DVDs, requested refund, shipped back the DVDs and subsequently got full refund. They also did it within the first 30 days. I don't know about exact timing but they didn't complain about it.

But keep in mind the agreement was the first 30 days. Then he extended it by two more weeks or so (I don't remember exactly).
It's far too late to claim any refund. And I doubt he'd make any exception - at the end his million is build on your fees

I don't blame him for being a bad trader, but he failed to deliver the service he is charging for. He has an obligation to send out FX signals for his monthly fee with a potential of 46% gains. He did not do that for over 2 months using his own poor performance as an excuse.

IMHO he needs to send me a refund for the past 2 or 3 months as no service from his side was provided.
