ABANDONED - Octafx rejected my deposit but taken my money

Hi all, i have deposited $1500 via bank transfer to the designated bank account provided by OctaFX but after 11 hours (normal 1 to 3 hours for bank transfer) they rejected my deposit and say payment not found. I have provided them proof and also called up the banks that the money went thru.

anyone know what i can do??

i chat with all their reps on live chat but none are able to tell me what is wrong and just tell me to wait and will get done as soon as possible.

i just feel like i have lost the $1500.

Seems to be a lot of problems with octafx.

-> What country are you from (where is your bank located)?

-> Why did you pick OctaFX to gamble trade cfds?

Please note that waiting for a deposit for such a long time isn't a common issue. Octa fx is now scamming people they are not depositing funds in the account they are giving excuces
I am waiting for two days for my deposit and the customer support is also not responding they are not giving the funds i recommend not to trade with octa fx instead of use exness or other apps
but not this one otherwise you people will be scammed

If you are having serious problem with a company, you should open your own thread in Financial Company Comparisons and Discussions
and give details (make sure to choose "prefix" as a problem).
