Customer service guys from the bank told me that it will take up to 6 months to end the investigations.

Do you have a better and a faster way ?

See if you can get someone higher up the chain of authority with your bank. 6 months is a very long time to verify credit card fraud.

I have already tried that, but no one so far.

I am thinking about assigning a professional lawyer who is a specialist in brokers cases, but his company will take from 25 to 35 % of the whole amount of money.

I think it is a good solution. What do you think?

I think to sue the forex broker is a waste of time and even more loss of money.
I have not heard a single example, that someone has won a court case with a broker and get your money back.
The most sensible thing you can do in this situation is to find a good trader, that will make you a profit so that it will return your losses.

If enough people can get together, class action lawsuits are MUCH less expensive. The problem is that gathering up a hundred or more victims isn't easy. A lot of people decide they want to put the issue behind themselves and move on to other things.

I am so fed up with the bank customer services.

They told me after 6 months that I am the only one who is responsible for my money. And I shouldn't have sent any money to the broker !!!!!

That is retarded.
My bank was the same until they moved their issue to their international compliance team, and then I started to get my money back..
Where are you from? Chances are binary trading options are illegal in your country, and that was the big reason I won my dispute. After dealing with a few unpromising people at the bank.
