    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Discontinued the ability to fund trading account within 5 minutes??.....I would not like that at all!:(


So, the extortion of protection money has moved to the internet.....sort of internet mafia extorting protection money from web host......this will be rather difficult and expensive to tackle since this type of extortion can be carried out by anyone with computer knowledge. And there are only a couple 100 millions or so of them out there.....nameless, faceless, and without borders.

....hmmmmm, that's why some small brokers have to resort to scamming their clients in order to survive or to recoup their capital and vanish pronto!
 
I encourage people to get all their ID documentation filed and approved by the broker before sending in an initial deposit. Sometimes, a legitimate person has trouble getting the right documents. If so, it's much better to find out about this before sending cash and starting to trade.

From a broker perspective, a 2 day delay before accepting cash gives a lot more chance to detect fraudulent documents that could be used to try to scam the brokerage.

Thus, a delay like I suggest provides greater protection to both sides.
 
I do not know what is written in the later part of this thread since I have just started reading this, I would like to say:

1. Please accept members all over the world rather being strict to UK and US (I do not know why it is not possible!)

2. Moneybookers (now called Skrill) is the safest and cheapest option for withdraw...

3. Make it accessible for all by lowering the min. deposit from $500 to $50 so that newbies can get the service of a trustworthy service right form the beginning...

Damon is not with PellucidFx anymore. I have it on reasonably good authority that his departure was not voluntary. The continued silence from the company makes me think that those now in charge may not wish to resolve these issues.
