Problem Did Eplanet Brokers Scam Me by Reducing My Leverage Without Warning?

and all they reply is a template PDf of user agreements saying that company has the right to change swaps , but in the agreement says they have to notify in platform and email or website . they didn't notify of their new method of reducing swaps.
2-company can change swaps at a normal rate , not double rate each week !
for example -80 can tolerance to -85 , -90$ for one lot . its normal . but not -80 to -800 ! for just one month of hedged account.

I have hedged trades on OIL 130$ from ukrain war in my own broker and the trade is still open ! even if I had all the oil money of Iran in my account , it would finish at this doubled rate !

also they are Iranian too, emptying people's pocket in this war condition can be seen as some war crime ! its not fair to empty peoples accounts in case that they don't have internet and also their life is under bombs.
we were strugling in our apartments for survival and they were all I can name it "pickpocketing" from accounts under new swap rules !

update on my friends status as he has limited internet access,
broker support asked us to remove the account from the hedged mode.
I have closed his 0.02 buy with 0.04 sells so now his trades is not in hedged mode any more ( causing -$3200 loss on his trades)
2-broker gave back 1800 from $3600 ( half of the excessive swaps are returned )
3-they have changed the daily swap rate from -410$ daily to -210$daily !! instead of -42$ normal .
and in total with this 2 new days that passed without their fair response (1800+400+3200) my friend is already lost more than $5400 till now !
and this is in the condition that Internet in Iran is still blacked out and is cut.

2 major problems are still exists ( daily swap rates are not normal ) , and leverage is still below 1:100 so he cannot trade with his remaining balance to solve their trades.
