Problem ELEV8 USDT TRC20 deposit not received after 1 Hour

Hi everyone,


I’m having an issue with a deposit to my Elev8 account and would like some advice.


I sent USDT (TRC20) from Stake.com about 1 hour ago. The transaction on the TRON is fully confirmed and shows SUCCESS on the explorer.


However, the funds have still not been credited to my Elev8 account.


Details:

• Asset: Tether (TRC20)
• Status: Confirmed successful on blockchain
• Time: 1+ hour ago
• Issue: Not showing in Elev8 balance

I have double-checked the wallet address and everything is correct.


Is this normal for Elev8 deposits, or should I escalate this to support?
Any similar experiences or advice would be appreciated.
