Date 3/6/2012 for more then 4 hours the MT4 platform is unable to connect this is really bad they have servers spread around the world as it seams main europe Russia and malaysyia but somehow no backup/redundancy
i have a few orders running at the moment and luckly the market is moving in the correct direction but i am sure others will be furious about this
if it takes to long to Fix or happens again i am going to move to a other broker
the only thing keeping me there is the instand withdrawal and funding but loosing connections for hours is really bad
i work at a Datacenter my self and this sould not happen

During your server down, there was a reversal & for sure I will close the deal based on my trading behavior. After your server recovered, I managed to log in and my account is going nearly burn. I had lodge a complaint for compensation at least back to my initial balance to your complaints@exness.com. But I have yet to receive and reply from your guys. I am seriously looking for compensation from Exness as this is really unfair for me as well as the rest of the traders.

I wish Exness will do something since you're reputable. Please do not let this kind of issues to lost your customers & your long built reputation.

I am looking for good forex broker and I open an account with EXNESS on 05/03/2012. First day it is good but on second day they start thier real game of manuplacting system.
EXECUTION : Trust me guys their Execution policy is on their comfort only.It happen 5times to me.If you put SL or you are about to stop out they increase their sperads by 4PIP approx to hit your SL or to make you stop out.Anyway I have three order where i was stop out or my stop loss hit due to their sudden spread increase.Please note that at that time their is no such volatlity in market.
On 06/03/2012 they have spread differance of 6pips on EURUSD and AUDUSD.When i contact them,they are not ready to accept it.To prove this I have an email of "Pavel Kulakov from dealer@exness.com " saying that it is not our fault.Just think guys if broker itself says that increase in spread for 4 hours its not their fault then who will responsible for this?

Second point I want to Highlight is WITHDRAWAL
Due to manuplication of execution at their end I have decided to close my account in just 3 days after opening it.I have made withdrawal request of $200 and $100 respectively to my card account again. But till today i.e 13/03/2012 ,I have not received my money.I try to contact them but they are not reverting back and their chat support still says like trainned PARROT "we have processed you request on our side, in the nearest future money will be withdrawn to your credit card"

In just three days with Exness I already loss $1000 due to their wrong execution and whatever money I have try to withdraw it but they don't give send my money.

Its my humble request to all traders who read this review.Please be extra carefull of www.exness.com. Its a new way of doing scam by increasing spread when it comes too SL or STOPOUT level.

I have all ticket number and request number to prove my each and every word.I have even chat transcript but due to limitation of time and spread ,I am not able to post it here.For more detail you can contact me on devangsurti@hotmail.com

- 7 September 2011 (22:54:59) MT4 server time 2:00 ane lot XAUUSDm pending order (gold) in the 1873's price.
(22:54:59 '39978 ': modify pending order # 25,087,473 sell stop at 2:00 XAUUSDm 1869,000 sl: 0000 tp: 0000 -> price: 1869,000 sl: 0000 tp: 1864,000
22:54:59 '39978 ': request was accepted by the server).
I am not a witch, nor speculators, small traders only, newbie, and raw experience.
(Note: Ane pending order and receive server 30 minutes before the gold freefall). Clearly, the log record. Because 30 minutes after the pending order, still managed to buy 0.1 ane instant.

So clearly gold is still cool and calm then, no signs of going into free fall. I know for sure if was going to free fall distance, not going to plug the TP that close, and there is not OP buy. So, I try to anticipate, humane, and that traders should be ready for anything can happen, this is the reason lots of my pending order 2:00.
- Finally, the disaster, which should grace for me, it happens. Shortly after the last buy (23:17:34), gold sank within seconds. until it touches the price of pending order sell stop ane at 1869,000. What happened?
First, touch the STOP SELL PRICE, BUT NOT executed.
Second, STOP SELL PRICE passed, APPROACH 1867, ORDER STILL NOT executed.
Third, MAGIC! SELL STOP ORDER PENDING RE-SET YOUR OWN PRICE TO 1865.492, Ane APPROACHING THE PRICE SET TP, 1864,000.
A moment later, the TP is executed, and, $ 298.40 profit on the Sell Stop I ini.1.492 phantom point. Wow ... quite right. But this is the problem. Imagine, if you just sell stop was proper and indeed should, according to what I do, SELL STOP 1869.000, 1864.000 TP, WHAT IS THE POINT AND HOW MUCH $ $ $?? please count yourself.

Stop me if you have not installed Sell TP, certainly could benefit tens of thousands of dollars in a matter of minutes at the time. REALLY?
ALSO IS THERE ANY WARRANTIES OF MY ORDER EXNESS execute?
PRICES DO NOT DO NOT SELL any rebound ALSO I DO NOT STOP executed. Who Knows?
If it happens and in fact LIKE THIS, THAT CHEAT AND CAN ONLY BE DONE VERY POSSIBLE EXNESS. SO, the saying goes, THERE ARE MANY ROADS TO ROME. SO ANYWAY WITH EXNESS. THERE ARE MANY WAYS WE MAKE TRADER LOSS, PROFIT LEGAL HARAM. (If a small profit, so-so, LIKE THIS FOR MY ORDER PENDING THE're always executed WELL AND ON TIME AND PRICE, LOT FOR SMALL AND NO EVENT EXTRAORDINARY LIKE YESTERDAY.

Okay, maybe I was too angry, but this is reasonable, I was deprived as their money with no return in good faith that should be my right. money if I am sincere thousand dollars, but if a thousand U.S.?.

I hope this be a warning for traders everywhere, especially those already begin to look as a potential broker Exness. Of course this is so valuable lesson for me. and for IB Exness, some of which already help me, thanks a lot. But the friend was not enough, it turns out Exness still poor, still need donations of money from me. Insist I do not want to return the money.

Yesterday 9/4/2012 and today as of right now 4/10/2012 13:00 GMT+1 they again have Connection problems i am in a trade and luckly it is stil going in the correct direction (checking it on a different broker) but this is unaceptable
how is it possible in thise days to have server problems and so many times dont they have any redundancy servers ?
time to look for a other broker
