We the members of the Scam Investigations Committee of the Forex Peace Army have deliberated on all the evidence available to us and have reached a conclusion. It is our opinion that...

Both parties in this case accused each other of scam. Both parties wanted contact information for the other. Both parties were in email contact with our investigator. Our investigator provided both parties with telephone contact info for the other and gave a reasonable deadline for them to establish contact.

Our investigator requested that each party email him as soon as contact was established. Neither side contacted him. Our investigator emailed both parties again asking for information after the deadline passed. Neither side wrote back. Later, Erlan wrote back to say that he could not call FX Open during that time. Mr. Jafar Calley wrote back and said he repeatedly tried to call Erlan and could not get an answer. Our investigator asked Mr. Calley for another direct contact number and he provided one. Our investigator sent that number to Erlan, along with a reasonable deadline to call Mr. Calley. Erlan did not contact us and Mr. Calley assured our investigator that he received no call from Erlan.

Since Erlan has still failed to try to contact Mr. Calley, we can no longer assist him in this matter. If he wishes to pursue it on his own, he has all the contact information he needs to do so. Under the circumstances, we consider this case to be resolved in FX Open's favor.
