Hi,

I have been contacted by this guys 3 weeks ago for a forex managed account.Goldman-Capital.com

They offer

$5,000 - $9,999 = 6% Monthly return = 6 month contract
$10,000 - $24,999 = 7% = 6 month
$25,000 - $49,999 = 8% = 9 month
$50,000 - $249,999 = 9% = 12 month
$250,000 - $999,999 = 10% = 18 month
$1 Million + we can discuss over the phone
Less than $5k is possible however different terms apply

They said that if they don't do 6% they will put from their pocket.

They ask to send money to their bank ac**** which is with CIM bank.

They don't want to give no info about who they are, some history references etc

That was the same way to operate for Mandus Invest, after 1 year they closed the doors and was declareted insolvable, nobody could recover their money almost 3 mil eur.

If anyone know about them or had experience with them post here

Bernie Madhoff promised 10% guaranteed monthly returns. He's now in federal prison.

I haven't yet seen ANY managed account that promised to cover loses (or lack of returns) actually keep such a promise.

They want at least $5k and won't give any real info - that alone is enough reason to take your money and run away as quickly as possible.

It's a scam! no one supposed to offer you a 100% secured invest, even a bond is not a 100% safe!
Whoever offer you such a thing is a scammer. period.

Traianpavel,

Was it an actual Goldman-capital employee who approached you, or was it someone offering to manage money for you there?

If so, did they give you any sort of IB link or reference code? Have they sent an LPOA to sign?

Does the bank account they wanted you to send to belong directly to Goldman-Capital?

I think it's very possible that you are dealing with an independent account manager or even a scammer who just is trying to get you to wire money directly to him.

Hi,

We are a privately held company and do not publish information. As you know the Swiss financial markets are shrouded in secrecy. We opened our doors in 2003 and now we currently have around 80 employees. I have been working here for a little over two years.

I understand your concern for the small amount of information, please keep in mind that confidentiality is an industry standard for real Swiss banks. Many of these "Forex" companies will make multiple review sites and give themselves the highest reviews making it look legitimate. Remember, looks can be deceiving.

As far as you coming to visit our offices, we do have a closed door policy. That said, we can and do arrange limited "tours" of our offices for our larger account holders. If this is something you would like to set up, please let me know and I will go over what needs to be done in order to make this happen.

Please let me know once you have contacted CIM bank. I look forward to hearing from you.

please let me know what is the email of "La Direction" and a direct phone number and a contact person (owner of company preferrable)

That contract does have a guaranteed minimum return in Section VI, allegedly Goldman will cover the difference if it's not met.

Wow! Section VIII says that if you cancel early, Goldman Capital keeps 50% of your deposit.

It's also a pooled account. You have to trust them to provide accurate information.

My best advice. Take your money and run away from this one as fast as you can.
