Cancelled subsrciption but card still charged!

Hi Dean,

How did you go with getting a reply?

I've sent 3 emails in requesting to cancel my subscription, had no reply... and instead was charged for the following month's subscription!

Terrible service. If I don't get a satisfactory reply to refund my monies, I will be making a lot more noise!

If any others had similar experience, with not getting refunds, please share what actions were taken to recover the money.

Contact your credit card issuer immediately. Tell them how and when you canceled the service and request a charge back.

I had a service keep billing me once. My credit card company was nice enough to compensate me, but didn't launch chargebacks. After it happened the 3rd time, I spoke to their fraud department and specifically requested a chargeback. That costs the company making the charge the full amount plus a penalty. Since it was costing the scammers money, they finally decided to stop billing me.
