Right now it is imperative that as many people come forward as possible. For every one person who has already gone to the authorities, there will be a hundred who haven’t. So wouldn’t it be perfect if the photo opp was headline in tonight’s Scunthorpe telegraph.

right now, Declan is lawyering up, not to protect his victims, but to protect himself.

It’s been a week now since it all blew up..

Surely by next week there MUST be an update.

Seems like Declans been updating clients on a case by case basis, via Instagram message and WhatsApp. Instead of issuing clients an email or letter, he is lawyering up and is preparing and pushing his ruse on client's to be one step ahead of them.

He is leaving clients in the dark because it's advantageous for his situation.

sorry one step in the wrong direction suggesting contact the local MP??.. Even contacting the police isn't going to solve anything. When people invested it was a gamble, as with any investment, this hasn't paid off..you win and loose and this is a loss. Yes no trades have been made, but if they had the end result could have been the same anyway..£0.00 in account balance!! (thts what you signed up for in the small print!!!) if anyone thought there was no risk and the wealth was in sight needs to wake up. Sorry

At least most have learnt about the lies and the type of scam that's been played, similar to all other scams , only lessons can be learnt by the mistakes of others.

This shouldn't be a witch hunt for the creator of this scam but a wake up call and a good stream of knowledge and a lesson on how easy it is using the internet to get to something near the truth.

A few minutes on this website looking and reading into other similar scams, investment claims ect is all it would have took to sway your already suspicious mind and doubts.

No money to be made in FOREX is pretty much a good rule to follow. Never mind the ridicules claims that have been made here..

Why? She can’t do anything; only fraud police can.

the only thing she’ll do is use it for a photo opportunity
It can't hurt to raise the profile of the case. Don't think that police/ crime investigations aren't influenced by political pressure, they are.

I, personally, do not believe that this scheme was the brainchild of Dec and he, himself, has been hoodwinked into running it. So, perhaps, a witch hunt for the creator of the scheme could be a good idea. You know, exonerate Dec from the blame but given that we've heard that people have paid a visit to his house last weekend then I feel that most investors won't.

Just frustrating that we can't obtain the actual truth behind it all.

Well he did take client's money and claim to invest on client's behalf, without an FCA license. I don't think you can rule him out, he is complicit and is therefore accountable.
