Ponzi Scheme investing4you.co.uk scam forex investment

Guaranteed profits become guaranteed losses.
There is no evidence that this is a scam ! Just people’s opinions and people jumping to conclusions , so give the kid a break time will tell for all you doubters

There is plenty of evidence. The most ovbious thing not being FCA authorised on exempt its the biggest red flag.

Then you have the 3-5% a day returns -Declan is the Forex Messiah!

Why can Declan get 15% to 25% a week when Berkshire Hathaway can with all their wealth and experience manage only around 13% per year?!

Declan is too good to be true / investing4you have all the hallmarks of a scam/ lying through his teeth...

Dec has said the Broker is with FCA . That's why he isn't.
This doesn't matter, he's taking clients money and investing on their behalf. He needs a licence. This is a regulated sector, you're handling peoples life savings in some cases, you think the FCA will let any old joe jump in and play around with peoples money?

Being authorised by the FCA (or registered with) is a mandatory requirement for any business that intends to carry out activities specified by the Regulated Activities Order 2001 or the Payment Services Regulations 2017. If your business fits one of these profiles, you must register.

Oh and by the way, Declan has said to many others excuses such as his Licence is processing, he can operate the business whilst he applies, what he's doing doesn't require one, the broker has one so he doesn't need one.

If he can't stick to his own BS then I'm not sure what it will take for clients to convince they're being lied to I'm afraid.

sorry one step in the wrong direction suggesting contact the local MP??.. Even contacting the police isn't going to solve anything. When people invested it was a gamble, as with any investment, this hasn't paid off..you win and loose and this is a loss. Yes no trades have been made, but if they had the end result could have been the same anyway..£0.00 in account balance!! (thts what you signed up for in the small print!!!) if anyone thought there was no risk and the wealth was in sight needs to wake up. Sorry

At least most have learnt about the lies and the type of scam that's been played, similar to all other scams , only lessons can be learnt by the mistakes of others.

This shouldn't be a witch hunt for the creator of this scam but a wake up call and a good stream of knowledge and a lesson on how easy it is using the internet to get to something near the truth.

A few minutes on this website looking and reading into other similar scams, investment claims ect is all it would have took to sway your already suspicious mind and doubts.

No money to be made in FOREX is pretty much a good rule to follow. Never mind the ridicules claims that have been made here.
Cheers for that but you’re wrong, I have the contract and there’s nothing in the small print regarding losing more than 10 percent in a single trade.
