The only fact we have is he isn’t FCA regulated.
I’ve already said on here that yes the stories have changed but it might be the fact of Dec not knowing what has gone on himself at the start, nobody knows this.
Also, i didn’t realise that appointing top solicitors automatically made anybody guilty lol.
