Problem IronFx victims: report here of your pending withdrawal requests

Dear ironfx oficcer, my complaint is rejected by the FOS because ironfx is liar company.If you send me the final decission on my case on the 1 february 2016 why ironfx hiding this information and why this information is not send to FOS. On this way ironfx want to stol my 4000euro , is my deposit, you destroy my life. Im not forget this , i will complain to ESMA .

Thank you for a repeat defamatory attempt.

The facts of your case are as follows:

1. You had a complaint against the company and you have chosen to take this complaint via the FOS Service. This complaint has been upheld in your favour and will be processed within the prescribed timelines of the FOS Service.

2. Irrespective of the above you have chosen to commence a malicious, baseless and defamatory campaign against the company, portraying your video as the work of the BBC amongst others. You have used fake footage or unauthorised footage to distort facts (see screenshot attached)

3. Your videos are just a rehash of stock material are used in a purely defamatory manner. They have also been withdrawn on this basis from Vimeo in the past.

4. We have evidence that you procured “donations” to put these videos together and we reserve our right in posting these as evidence in the FPA Forums.

Below is an example from today for the malicious and defamatory nature of your videos. Notwithstanding repeated warnings and attempts from Andrew Saks-McLeod (editor of FinanceFeeds), you still use an unauthorised interview with him in what we consider a wholly defamatory and baseless video.

We also refer your defamatory attempt and your spamming of the FPA Forums to @BinaryLad and @AsstModerator that have been following our case.

2. IronFx secretly REJECTED in writing the Financial Ombudsman decision.
I have written evidence about this from the Financial Ombudsman: IronFX notified in writing the Financial Ombudsman on 30/01/2018, and REJECTED the binding nature of the decision!
3. IronFx Officer lied to me, as stated in the last reply: "Your case will be handled within the appropriate timelines as prescribed by the FOS process." BUT IronFx already REJECTED the decision a Month ago!
IronFX intention is clear: more time needed to collect more and more deposit from the European Citizens.
IronFx not reviewing the complaints reported here, but replying with the usual Standardised Response.

I was in Brüssel in the Europien Parlament, talked to manny institutions: ESMA, EO.
All advised me to start judicial action against IronFX.

Respected IronFx, I did try everything to negotiate with You, but IronFx is Cypriot company, who cannot learn.
I'll see You in the Court!

Dear All, Respected IronFX Global Ltd! 4101, Iapetou 2, Agios Athanasios, Ciprus
hereby I confirm IronFX abuse! I'm a real victim of IronFX, unfortunately, please read my true story:
IronFX has been holding my funds of 32 032,84 USD since three years!
My Name is Bernadett Derda from Hungary. IronFX account no. 24001171, 24032519,
According to Union Law, Clients' Funds explicit belong to Clients and
IronFX has no authority to withhold those funds irrespective of Circumstance!
I am not the only client in this situation!
A large number of clients (worldwide) are unable to withdraw their funds from IronFX.

I had complaint to Financial Ombudsman of Cyprus, and reported this to EU authorities.
My initial deposit is total of 51 012.65 USD to IronFX, I never had any withdrawal! There is NO misconduct.

IronFX should have pay back my INITIAL Funds by the European law, but they don't care!

HEREBY I REQUEST THE WITHDRAWAL OF ALL MY REMAINING FUNDS!
I did try everything to negotiate with IronFX, but IronFX is Cypriot company, who stolen my initial deposit, then closed my complaint:
I urge IronFX Global Ltd. to return my funds of 32 032,84 USD which IronFX has been illegally withholding since 3 years!

if I do not receive my initial deposit of 32 032,84 USD, then I have to initiate a legal action against IronFX Global (Notesco Financial Services).
EU Authorities advised to take legal action against IronFX, All IronFx victims should follow this recommendation!
This is the only way to get justice!
