First, talk to the fraud department at your credit card's issuing bank. Inform them of the threat to steal money from your account if you don't make further deposits. Also explain the exact details of the fraud and discuss the possibilities of a chargeback on your deposits. Report back about what they say.

I have spoken to my bank and there is no way that they will reimburse me as it is more than 3 months after the money was sent to No1options.

Yes all my trades were presold and I was asked to pay 8000 US, After I send the money(wire transfer) through a company in Singapore.(billixcommerce Ltd) .NO 1 Options did not pay the promised money. but asked me to send another US 12,000.I called the company in Singapore who refunded US 8000 back to me.

You may want to have a chat with WinChargeback.com as quickly as possible. Deadlines vary, but 90 days seems very short for fraud.
