Yesterday I made a $7656.69 USDT deposit to my Exness account and immediately received an email requesting to provide proof of ownership of the account. I transfer the money from XM to Exness. Now all crypto withdrawals and transfers are blocked. I provided them with very proof they asked for for example:-
Muhammad Waleed one of the agent told me this
"So in the video you should show
While opening the XM app/website , please make sure to show the logo
Go to transaction history and show the transactions that you made in XM to Exness
Show the Personal details like your profile name and etc, the KYC details
Show the transaction hash of the transaction

For self hosted wallet like trust wallet we require screen recording for the ownership since it does not have KYC, we need to know if the wallet address is owned by you :
Open the Trust Wallet App/website (showing the logo)
Access the transactions if you have any, if you do not, please proceed to the third step.

I was able to get an email from XM after begging them about the hash ID. I made the video as was needed by Agent told me. But the support is support is atrocious and just keeps asking for more time.
In the video you can clearly see the address, kyc, email, transaction history from XM, another Agent called Salma told me that there is nothing in the video useful. The have my money held hostage. I have proof of purchase of the funds.
A Youtuber recommended Exness to me.
This is not an AML issue as I have already provided source of funds. This is highway robbery. Please help me out of this nightmare without delay. CASE: PMT0001923706
