Resolved: HFM Scams my Deposit Fund worth $1254( INR120000/-)

@HFM @HFM-ct
As traders, we are legally and technically required to pay the exact account that the broker’s official secure interface instructs us to pay. A client cannot be held financially responsible for the failure, internal fraud, or security flaws of HFM's chosen payment gateways. HFM is entirely liable for the data integrity of its own application.
HFM is currently refusing to credit my trading wallet or take responsibility for the actions of the payment architecture integrated into their system.

Advice to Traders:
Be extremely cautious when making local bank deposits through the HFM App. If the system generates an unfamiliar local name, stop the transaction immediately. Your funds are not safe if HFM continues to disavow its own app-generated payment details.
I demand that HFM Management internally escalate this case, investigate their local payment network integrity, and manually credit my wallet immediately.

@FxMaster
The settlement between HFM and myself has been agreed upon, and I have signed the settlement agreement. The agreed funds have also been credited to my HFM wallet.

However, HFM is currently asking me to delete the post or mark it as solved before allowing the withdrawal. I have explained that I cannot delete the post because I am unable to edit or remove it, but I am willing to update it and mark the matter as resolved once the withdrawal is successfully completed and I have proof of the funds being received.

Kindly help me update the case accordingly so that I can comply with the settlement terms without making a false claim about the withdrawal being completed.

They haven't provided the withdrawal because they want me to close this thread first. It's 99% closed because I already signed an agreement and funds is in wallet. If now broker try to cheat then they will stuck more harder than earlier.

If possible marked this thread as solved.

It will be marked as resolved and moved to the Resolved folder once you confirm it's resolved.
