Whos buying Citi at 99 cents?

    Is this a great long term buy? Or is Citi going bankrupt?

    Difficult choice. If you have a broker that doesn't burn you too badly on commissions, you could buy 100 shares. Worst case scenario, you lose $99 (plus commission). Best case scenario, the company either recovers or is bought out by another company for more than 99 cents per share.

    Think of it as "economic meltdown lottery tickets" :D
