Best Time of the Day to Trade

Base on this graph that I have seen somewhere in the internet, what is the best time of the day to trade? Does this one require you a particular time zone? Or does trading in every part of the day will be helpful, I heard that timing means profitability, so how does this two things correlate?

You do not need any graph to determine the best time to trade because there will be movement in London start and then London and US overlap session. So you must have your trades placed before these timings to take advantage of the move.

The best time to trade in the forex market can be determined by the currency pair which we trade. Thus, we should trade in the respective currency pair market open session to make more pips.

I think the best time to trade is whenever you are able to trade. Do not allow trading to control your life, you control when to trade.

Well, obviously the first thing you should consider is your mental/physical readiness.

But as to "hottest" time in general, there is no secret that it is between 8:00 GMT and 16:00 GMT. These are the hours of the London market being in overlap with the US market. This is the time when the most traders and biggest banks are in the markets making their trades.

Regarding time of the week: from Tuesday -> to Thursday.

Apart from the London and the American market overlap session now that i have added EUR/JPY for trading i also find Asian market session to be very much useful for trading.

For an inter-day trader it is best to trade in London session. The entire London session is very good for trading inter day and scalping. you can get good movements on several major pairs.

True, usually my take profit is hit during the London and American overlap session most of the times, but however i find the best entry in the asian session.
