There's no reason to hold off on chargebacks while also filing complaints with Cysec, the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman, ActionFraud, eConsumer.gov, etc. The best way to deal with scammers is to hit them on all fronts at once.

Thanks the chargeback has gone toBDB but yes think you are right with going ahead with all other front as I have heard a word from BDB from the time the shut down my login to the platform and got the chargeback given them.

I think with all the complaints a lawsuit should be filed vs Banc De Binary I too was scammed by them and in the UK where I am from originally we have lawyers that can go to Israel/Cyprus and shut them down once and for all! I was reading an article here on one firm BinaryBook.com that is being shut down for the same exact thing that Banc De Binary has done all this time. Cyprus is not enough to stop these criminals. I think firms like Richard Howlett of "Selachii law group in London, UK" who are willing to sue dodgy binary option brokers, such as these need to be used more. Its time for these scammers to be shut down! Here is the article I was reading where I found this maybe this could be a solution finding law firms on our behalf?

I am looking for a lawyer I can trust. Have you secured a lawyer you can trust? Does he want money upfront before he acts on your behalf. Please send me any information you have on a legitimate lawyer in Cyprus or one who will deal with Banc de Binary from wherever he is.

Imagine what would happen if EVERY victim of BDB contacted Liverpool FC by phone, email, and post - especially if each person kept checking back to see if Liverpool FC liked accepting money from a company which keeps getting fined by regulators.
