Hi There, I recently started trading with avatrade. Is anyone there using Avatrade platform and whats experience? So far, i m disappointed from customer care.

Its my first ever experience of trading, so i m at beginner level.

AVA trade. Very bad broker when it comes to withdrawals. i requested a withdrawal on 22/11/2017, they cut my withdrawal from my trading account but i have not received it yet. live chat and phone numbers are just fraud, they never answer .customer support do not reply to emails at all. i try almost everyday to call them but no answer. i got an email after a week that said we sent your funds back to your bank account, but i did not receive anything.

It is the fourth time i am having the same problem.last time i received my withdrawal after two and a half months after at least 50 emails. they sent me a bank slip that they have already sent back my funds, which i took to my bank, but my bank said that they have not received any money from AVA bank account.
I will not recommend AVA to anybody.
I have traded with Markets.com and when it comes to customer care, they are excellent. they reply your every call and email immediately.

I created an account with Avatrade and placed 200$ to start me off however as I tried to withdraw this money, the interface didn't allow me due to my documentation. I provided documentation almost a month ago, sent several emails to avatrade and when I phoned them or had a live chat with them, the promptly forwarded me to another email that never responded. I have sent several emails and patiently waited few days before inquiring again however it seems that it is going no where and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out or at least forward me to the right person that can help me in my withdrawal.

Hi, I am finding it impossible to get a response from Avatrade. On 31 December 2017 they hit my account with £200 Administration fees which are unexplained and outrageous. The phone line drops out every time I call, I've had no response to my emails and the LiveChat is not functioning. I have applied for a withdrawal of my remaining funds. Fingers crossed. Please will someone at Avatrade call me on the number registered with you so we can discuss my account?

I have always found good with avatrader.com. they have always rigorously respected their offers ... in particular with Mr.Davide Mantovani very kind and polite ... excellent broker with beautiful platform.

avatrade still my money... At the beginning they told me that there is no risk due to bonus... I regret that I trusted this company. They are not trustworthy. The withdrown of the rest was almost imposible. Thay were cancelling my withdrawn requests... During that time they gave new investments advises that I eventually lost all my money 25000$ - live savings. I finally after months of fights I could withdrawn small part from it - other is gone.... Hey! Do not trust them! They taking money because their alghoritms is missing somtehing... They probably earning money from our lost!
