привет. я тоже в такой ситуации когда TICKMILL обманули и потом просто пропали и не отвечают и не отдают мои деньги 3800 долларов США. я буду рад если справедливость хоть у тебя друг мой получиться донести.

Update on my WTI case. Was forced to close my positions on WTI to avoid paying large swaps. Tickmill continue to refuse to pay my true winnings of $35966. Attacking them now with their both regulators, FSA and FCA.

всегда ведет себя так, хотя они пишут здесь своим клиентам, что они якобы пишут на электронную почту и звонят по номеру, но это чистая ложь, а также тот факт, что они молчат здесь, не отвечают на претензии. Друзья, делайте выводы из опыта тех, кто прошел свой путь с TIKMILL, достаточно плохих отзывов, чтобы оценить качество работы этого офиса.

No response Tickmill can provide to justify fake, imaginary, wrong WTI spot price they transmits! Tickmill provided response that does not justify their price, it is incorrect in many ways, hide behind stories for children. They just try to avoid to pay me, which I wont allow.

@Tickmill what are you waiting for?! Pay me my funds! I demand $35966 to be funded to my trading account #3033967 as soon as possible!

Hi. I think the problem here is that what Tickmill showed was the spot price, not future price. In normal market conditions, the two prices can be similar. But in extreme conditions, the two prices can be hugely different. And I believe Tickmill is not a futures broker.

You think wrong. Yes, Tickmill offers only spot price for WTI, but that does not matter. Many other brokers also offer spot WTI price, and with more 95% of them price is very near futures prices, that is the point of having WTI spot price, it must reflect futures prices, and that means price MUST be very close to futures prices. Large difference only happens if different brokers follow different Futures contracts, and that huge difference is only that! Since Tickmill follow December Futures, its price for WTI must be very close to 37.69$ since that is price for December. With other brokers price for WTI spot is 36.7$ at the moment, that 1 $ difference is that HUGE difference you are talking about. Market conditions for WTI now are completely normal, nothing extreme!

What Tickmill transmits is completely fake, imaginary, wrong WTI spot price which has nothing to do with reality. Their LP uses completely wrong model for pricing WTI, and price will never be anywhere close any futures price. That is the point of my case. Tickmill must abandon this wrong model of pricing WTI and correct price for WTI. They must pay traders what they owe with this mess they created here.

To explain it once again on most simple way, if WTI spot price is nowhere close any futures contract, then it is not WTI price, it is some random instrument which pricing is also random. WTI spot price MUST be very close to futures prices, because if it is not, then it is not WTI. So simple. Whoever say otherwise has no clue what he is talking about.

I have 1000 Lot size still opened with Tickmill from 3/30 & 4/16 and the WTI spot price on Tickmill is around $15 as of today.

Quoting below from their response to you:

-My positions were opened BEFORE they said WTI spot price will be based on December Futures contract. That means you have changed instrument I was trading with.
Incorrect – According to our records your positions were opened on 22/04/2020, 1 day AFTER the price of our Cash WTI was rebase to the December Futures Contract
"

Their reply to you will be voided in my case because I still have the spot price of $15 not $37 so basically they are saying they have other prices for opened orders before 4/21

From 4/21 they are deducting $40 daily in rollover fees (1000-lots*$0.04=$40)

My entry price was at $20 for the 1000 lots.
I'm now down -$5k when I should I be +$17k
