the moneys been frozen by the fca- banks - PayPal and god knows who
text messages been sent to clients with different excuses
but wait ……
he only fibbed about been regulated by the fact fca the moneys been unfrozen but alas no one knows which account it’s in

Yes I have and the original email stated frozen by fca. At the time of writing g that email did he know 100% who had frozen them or was it an assumption? (again I'm only speculating here?) not exactly damnig proof of different excuses to clients either. So if u want to base this whole saga on these things then u crack on lad. Never sed its been a perfectly run operation from start to finish but if u think that means all money is gone or was never even there then your mad

Did he say that too 1 person in 1 message? Account in his name or his company name? Neither here nor there really IMO
But all post about libertex saying they don't have accou t for I4U does not mean he was not using them in his name

Im also still confident Declan will make good on his promise to give the football club my son plays for £250k

The point being is that he should have been registered from the outset. As he was not FCA registered then this means that, if all of this falls through and the reports about the funds being unfrozen are false, then the likelihood of recovery of funds is minimal; people are not protected through the FCMS or the Financial Ombudsman if it does transpire to be a scam.

Yeh fair point this was made at the start of the thread.. you can call the fca all day and they will just state it may be a scam and he isnt registered with them. So yes fair enough maybe not covered but this does not tell you its a scam so please enlighten me

Does my name say im declan nowell? No. For the last time i heard something and came to let people know.. whats the point in this forum if you cannot do that? Your the one who clearly states facts so give us some that actually are worth my time reading not stuff we knew on the first page.
