That's a smart arse response, with no explanation behind it what so ever, remark you got going on there. Comments were made that no trading was ever made. There is proof that that there was. Give an explanation behind your quirky comments next time. Otherwise, what's the point?

very simple, you make a bold statement that is unbelievably tenuous at best. I assume your "debunk" refers to the recent police update that "some trading activity" has been "INDICATED". First, they use the word INDICATED, secondly, they do not say VALIDATED trading activity, and thirdly and more importantly, they do NOT say PROFITABLE trades. There may well be some trades, but I seriously doubt they are validated AND profitable. My reason for this, well I don't know, feel free to completely ignore; the impossible returns, FCA shutting it down, police investigation, no one has received any money in over 12 MONTHS! and the all important referral to the Crown Prosecution Service, oh and they are STILL trying to locate any further funds/assets. Oh again, and they don't even know exactly who has been affected by all this, something to do with a lack of a comprehensive client list, nice to know Declan kept your money safe, just a shame there’s no record of it being yours.
And feel free to completely ignore everything else in the police update as it doesn't suit your narrative.

Well done! A comment worth mentioning. That's progression. What have we learnt from your first comment? Instead of coming back with playground ' come backs ' , back it up with an explanation otherwise it's a pointless comment as I actually agree with some of your points. All I was saying is that trading was done whereas others said wasn't done at all! I hope that's the end of that pointless conversation. Unless you wanted to talk about the reasons I don't believe the earth is flat?

Can someone provide a summary of what's gone on here? I've read a few pages of the thread but what's the latest?
I did not invest but I live in the area and knew Declan Nowell (he was called Declan Bray in school). Didn't post much on social media over the years and didn't have any sort of stable career. Last thing I knew he was an off shore chef at one point.
Then suddenly he has a bright orange Mclaren in town and a new house. Him and his partner seem to have removed themselves off of social media now.
