Got you, thanks.

Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.
More info coming soon.
To tell the truth I didn't take seriously the scam alert on AAFX Trading as I attributed it to an old Hong Kong government alert on AAFX. I investigated that case and found out that the alert was issued due to the fact that the broker recruited HK investors but was not properly licensed in HK.Consider this:
Imagine if you got scammed. You've exhausted all legal and regulatory routes to try to resolve your issue. You and others bring your issues to the FPA and the company is labelled as a SCAM.
Would you want other FPA members to boycott the broker that scammed you?
If yes, how would you feel to find a group of FPA members discussing opening accounts with the broker that scammed you? What would you think of your fellow FPA soldiers providing money to the enemy?
I would personally never open an account with any broker that's been labelled scam by the FPA. If the broker claims to be reformed, they need to come back and resolve all the issues that lead to them getting that label. Otherwise, they will not only never see one cent of my money, but I will keep warning others away from the company.
AAFXTrading has been labelled as a scam since March 2017.
Just wanted to ley you know that I've withdrawn my initial depo of $300 and $120 of profits as well this November from AAFX Trading account. The FPA was ahead of the regulators on this one. The review pages shows an FPA Scam label coming in 2 days before a regulator warning.
Simple "unauthorized firm" warnings aren't enough to trigger anything bigger than a note about the regulator warning on the review page. Ripping off multiple FPA members or being charged with a serious crimes by regulators is what leads to earning the title SCAM.
My recommendation is to witdraw all your funds from AAFXTrading. Afterwards, tell them why. The most likely 2 responses would be:
1. They claim to have reformed. If they say this, tell them to send a rep to the FPA and pay those traders what is owed to them.
2. Accuse the FPA of being a scam. If you check every page of the FPA, you'll find the only thing for sale is banners. The FPA has cancelled banner contracts with companies that stole money from FPA members. That's about as anti-scam as a website can get.
