AVAFx is one of the many bucket shops you can find on the net.

So, if you know someone or someone who knows someone or any people involved or about to be involved in the AVAFx scam, please ask them to do their best to get their money back as soon as possible.

This company nust be stopped as soon as possible. If the regulatory body continues to do nothing , it wlll face huge problems. I mean HUGE.

As a prop trader, I urge you to stop right now the trading with this company and get back your money.

You might find this surprising, but so far, we do not have a known case where the frustrated trader actually asked the Irish Regulator to officially intervene. I actually hope Stephanos will be the first so we can see how the Regulator will rule considering the european MIFID agreement.

Did you observe that the case of the slovenian national Fxdutchess was peacefully settled to her full satisfaction ? I suspect that it had a lot to do with the fact Slovenia is a EU member and she threatened to file a case with the Regulator. You can also have a look at Abdul Ghafoor s last post in his thread. You will see that Ava fx has 2 different contracts: one for EU citizens with an Ireland entity and one with a BVI entity for the Rest of the World. So I m impatient to see a EU citizen use HIS contract with the REGULATED Ava fx.

    Hi MechelAnge21,

I read this stuff so often. They cancelled trades for any period because of scalping or so caled arbitrage. They hide in various ****ries. They have a paragraph 27 or a 2 mns rule or whatever.

The fact is that they want the money of every trader Most of them will end with no profit and stupid talkings.

So the best is to ask every people to cancel their account and find a better broker before it is too late.

No matter where they are. The fact is just " anybody stops now !".

This way we willl have less victims at FPA.

Just another thing I can do for the comunity : I can spend money on massive Google marketing.

So would you like an ad against this bucket shop and see it redirected to a specific page. I can do it.

So they can understand that some people are real.

    Let me know your ideas.

They have no anti-scalping rule. Their whole defense is about arbitrage, but it seems to be a recurrent problem at Avafx

Do you agree about the fact they must be stopped and that we should use the resources that we have to achieve this goal. ?

I wish we could use the resources that we have to get a true version of events from everybody.

For example, I can volunteer here to compare any trade against the historical data. Do you think any trader would be glad with such offer ?

That s where were going anyway if the Regulator investigates. A careful examination of all data. That is Avafx tick by tick feed versus the true feed from other sources.

update regarding my case with AVA FX the biggest scammers:

    Hi my friends ,

I'm really sorry to hear that you (like me) , are also victims of AVA FX. I quess by now, we all know what crooks the people of ava are.

Regarding my case , after all this time , finally i received a letter from the irish authority " the Regulator" that they have started the investigation and have send a letter to AVA for explanation. They have 20 working days to respond ..., will keep you posted.

Meanwhile , how many more similar cases like ours , scummed from AVA FX have you gathered? I quess too many ..right?

Please let me know since , i can use them as a support document to the regulator, thus making everybody's case strongest, and finally manage to make AVA to stop the scumming to the innocent investors.

    Awaiting your feedback...
    best regards
    Stephanos

    Giulia84,

You read one undated and unsigned article that claims that all the complaints against AvaFx were faked by competitors, and based on that alone, you opened a live account.

Has it occurred to you that someone could publish another article on that same site saying that anyone who writes good things about AvaFx has been paid to do so by the company? If you had read such an article before opening your account, would that have kept you from opening an account?

If you are that easily influenced, I might just write an article there saying that only the path to true happiness is for you to send all your money to a certain post office box in Florida.
