If Fig doesn't make some sort of announcement soon, it may be time to start contacting banks and other deposit/withdrawal methods to see what can be done.

Despite many red flags in the past, some people kept sending money to this broker.
If anyone does not get their money back, they have themselves to blame.

I don't familiar with LR. But unfortunately I don't think you can make charge back

The only thing I can recommend you now is to keep trying to call and mail the company.

I hope others can help you more than me.

If you don't hear from Fig soon, complain to LR. If enough complaints come in, LR may at least block them from getting any new funds.
