If the price manipulation resembles a herd of alley cats chasing after a laser light, then there's a high probability that optionbit.com is what the CFTC describes as "off exchange", and there's very little chance that they are sending your orders directly to market via an actual liquidity provider, and this reference to Tradologic icon on the ad page is probably fake.
Since their server and domain is hosted and registered by US based companies, it may be a good idea to file a suspicious or fraud activity complaint with the CFTC:
http://www.cftc.gov/ConsumerProtection/RedressReparations/index.htm
There would be no harm in doing so, and many people would hesitate for various reasons but what the hell, why not let the CFTC decide what action to take?
