How to read level 2 for forex

Hi all,

I started using an ECN broker which gives out level 2 with its quotes. It provides time and volume. Have a look at the attachment. It's the depth of market and I know it's not the 'full' depth of market, just what that ECN broker dishes out.

Anyway, unfortunately I don't know how to read it so I may be able to add it to my arsenal of forex trading. Can anyone give me a brief or detailed description?

I've seen platforms like it before, but never really managed to get my brain fully wrapped around any of them. I definitely would want to demo trade something like that for awhile to get used to it.
