I apologize but I had not seen this thread until now. We had been in constant contact with Mr. Rosales. We gave him precise answers regarding each and every one of his questions. Our representatives spoke with him several times on the phone and explained to him in detail that we are in no way accountable for his actions.
As Mr. Rosales stated himself, he allowed a third party to execute trades on his account. I understand his frustration but certainly he cannot expect us to be responsible for a third party that HE allowed to trade on his account.
